There’s nothing better than getting in a good stretch or workout, and Bliss Yoga Studio is the perfect place to do just that. One block east of Bloor and Royal York, Bliss Yoga Studio offers a wide array of classes for all levels of yogis. Whether you’re a beginner or someone looking to deepen their practise, there are so many different styles to choose from.

The great thing about Bliss Yoga is the variety of yoga styles that are offered. It’s not often you find a yoga studio that has classes ranging from Kundalini to Hatha, to Therapy yoga and Yin. If you’re looking to refresh your body, there are classes such as Gentle Yoga with Margo McLaughlin or Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Healing. If you’re looking to get into meditation, there’s a class for that too! For those looking for more of an energetic workout, try the Hatha Flow with Barb, a Flow Class, or a Yoga for Core Strength with Jelena. And, that’s not all the classes – check out the class page of Bliss Yoga to see all they offer and the class descriptions.

The class schedule has a ton of classes seven days a week and run morning, afternoon and evening. The best part is, you can sign-up online to secure your spot. Classes range from $20 for an individual class (or $16 for seniors and students!), or you can buy class packs or unlimited monthly packages to save a few bucks if you’re going to be a regular. You can also purchase private classes if you’d rather have one-on-one instruction.

Bliss Yoga also offers a ton of different workshops for all ages and needs. From Prenatal Yoga, to Kids Yoga, Yoga for Teens, Rehab Pilates, Intro to Yoga, or Holistic Sessions, you can find a workshop for you. The teachers at Bliss Yoga are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft, making learning more about Yoga and Pilates a treat.

Not to mention, the studio is gorgeous and perfect for getting into the zone. Just walking into Bliss Yoga feels like a breath of fresh air, and they truly live up to their name as you feel a sense of Bliss practising there. Whether you’re a seasoned yoga practiser, or someone thinking of trying it for the first time, we highly recommend Bliss Yoga. Check out the studio, chat with the instructors, and find a class or workshop for you.

Namaste!
