With a core curriculum of values that revolve around inclusivity, innovation, resilience, and community TLC is prepared with effective solutions to cater to their young learners, and seeks to propel their success both in and out of the classroom.

With the current struggles to education posed by Covid-19 The Learning Common is pleased to offer their services remotely via online video tutoring. Covid-19 has had an impact on the way we live, work and educate, and TLC is dedicated to making it as practical as possible for your child to continue getting the learning support and resources they require by offering the same great math and literacy courses in a virtual environment.

The tutors at TLC are all trained in the effective strategies and approaches of Orton-Gillingham and have been working in the education field for years. They work with students at all levels and specialize in offering a positive learning environment for students with learning differences and exceptionalities. The literacy tutors at TLC work with students at any reading level, including students with exceptionalities, including but not limited to Dyslexia, ADHD/ADD, Autism/Asperger’s spectrum, and specific  learning disabilities related to reading and writing. Their math tutors cover grade K-8 math, high school, university level, and preparation for GMAT.
