CaféTO program changes for 2023
CaféTO is evolving from a temporary emergency response initiative to a permanent City program. City Council will discuss a staff report that recommends a number of proposed changes to the temporary pandemic-focused program that will make CaféTO a more financially sustainable, accessible, and attractive program for the future.
