The Commercial and Industrial Property Improvement Program is available to owners and tenants of commercial and industrial properties in Toronto to improve the appearance and/or function of exterior spaces associated with the property.

The Commercial and Industrial Property Improvement Grant Program is now open. Please see the link below to the City of Toronto website, where you can find information about the program and the application form for submission.

Please note, the first round of applications will be accepted until June 30, 2022, or when funds are expended, whichever comes first.
