The Crooked Cue comes together with take out

We all miss the days where we could sit in a restaurant with a good friend, sharing a pint of beer and hearing the hustle and bustle of the world around us. The Crooked Cue is a staple on The Kingsway, and while they aren’t open right now for in person dining, their takeout menu is stacked and delicious.

After grandfather Sam opened Pappas Billards in Belleville Ontario in 1920, Bill moved the business to Etobicoke and operated Kingsway Billiards on Bloor Street for 40 years. It’s safe to say, the Crooked Cue comes from a fine line of restaurant owners who know a thing or two about food that bring people together.

The Crooked Cue is home to a beautiful covered rooftop patio, complete with comfy furniture, televisions, a bar stocked with a friendly bartender, and string lights that make the nighttime ambiance fun for friends and romantic for date night. Put it on your post pandemic summer to-do list!

While the Crooked Cue has closed their doors to dine-in to stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep all patrons and employees safe, they’re very much open for takeout!

Try out the Chicken Cuesadilla, made with local Ontario chicken, veggies, Monterey Jack cheeses, and house-made guac. Or perhaps you want to spoil yourself with Parmesan Truffle Fries or their massive large roaster wings. If you’re trying to watch your figure, the Kingsway Chicken Bowl is a favorite go-to, and their salads are also very yummy.

If you want to bring the pub to your home, they have Feasts for 4 specials. For $74 you can choose from the Cue Pub-Fare, Greek Style, or Build Your Own Bowl option and add on dessert for $5 each. If you want to really bring the pub home with your meal, you can grab a $5 beer (or 6 for $25) or a bottle of wine.

Check out their daily specials, too. Even with takeout, they have their specials going strong and updated weekly. Whether it’s $.99 wings, fish tacos for $15, or fish and chips $12.99 on Friday, the Crooked Cue has got you covered with cost savings.

It’s so worth it to support local, and the Crooked Cue is a Kingsway staple we should all band together and support. A wing night can happen at home! Just give the team at Crooked Cue a call and bring the pub to you.
