Dear Kingsway Community,

We want to bring to your attention that last week, an individual took it upon themselves to cut down a tree at the Montgomery Parkette without obtaining the necessary consent.

We would like to remind everyone that cutting down trees owned by the City of Toronto requires a proper permit, and it cannot be done without arranging this beforehand.

We have also had flowers taken from planters and planters being damaged.

Such actions are considered acts of vandalism, and we urge you to report any similar incidents to us immediately at info@thekingsway.ca or call (416) 239-8243
